A 5-speed manual transmission comes as standard, while a 6-speed manual is available only on the 1.6-litre diesel engine. The Duster is available in 2 fuel options. The diesel is available in two configurations 84bhp and 200Nm and 108bhp and 240Nm while the petrol engine produces 102bhp and 145Nm of torque. The 84bhp diesel and the petrol engine have been mated to a five-speed manual while the 108bhp diesel has been mated to a six-speed manual gearbox. Design- On comparison of new cars all cars turn up with flying colours. Coming to the styling and exterior the TUV300 looks a boxy. The front gets modern styling with the five slat grille, chrome surrounds, angular headlamps, rectangular bumper, fog lamps and more. Wheel arches are rather rectangular than round, side view is simple, the black treatment around the window frame, dual tone power adjustable ORVMs, body painted outside door handles and window beltline altogether gives the Mahindra TUV 300 a refined look. The Creta uses fluidic design sculpting with edgy lines with a wide bonnet, swept back headlamps, blacked out air-dam, innovative vertical fog-lamps with black surrounds, projector headlamps with DRLs, diamond-cut alloy-wheels, bold roof rails and liberal usage of chrome vouch for the same. The S-Cross has got premium design and styling. On the front end, the car features a new dual-slat chrome grille, standard silver skid plates, daytime running LEDs and projector headlights. Other styling elements include 16 inch alloy wheels, body colored door handles, split tail lights with a stop lamp and black rear bumper with reflectors. Renault Duster features nicely carved out wheel arches with stylish steel or alloy wheels, while the AWD version gets stunning gun metal grey alloy wheels. It offers chrome or black door handles and ORVMs depending on variants, large windscreen, defogger, chrome garnished huge tailgate, dual color bumpers, chrome satin skid plate, a large chrome grille and stylized large headlights. Interior- Each car has its own unique cabin features and styling that makes it worth the buy The upholstery and other materials used in the TUV300 are impeccable. Some of the noteworthy features inside the cabin include hexa-pod centre console, twin-pod instrument cluster, touchscreen infotainment system, steering wheel comes with mounted controls for audio system and Bluetooth connectivity, Aux-In and USB port, reverse parking sensors, rear parking assist, climate control and more. The Creta is feature loaded, the top-spec variant gets auto headlamps and wipers, touch-screen music system, navigation, climate control, rear AC vents, keyless entry and a start-stop button. The majority of the line-up gets two airbags, while Hyundai has offered six airbags with the top-end version.
